Embracing Autumn: My Favourite Season

Happy 1st of March! This signals the arrival of my favourite season: Autumn. It brings a welcome change, especially given how hot and humid it's been in Sydney! Finally we might get a good nights sleep. Autumn also brings a shift in my daily rhythms, and offers the chance for me to start enjoying one of my favourite pastimes, one that Summer just can't offer: RUNNING . For me, Autumn means getting back into running comfortably; getting out of the city and hitting the trails in the mountains or down in the Royal National Park. I'm so excited and have plans to train for my first half marathon. Wish me luck!
Other favourite things Autumn brings: layering my favourite clothes, snuggling for warmth, and being able to enjoy hot food for dinner again (this Summer in Sydney has been no joke!). However, I think my absolute favourite thing about Autumn is the smell in the air. There's always something striking about it. It's both deeply nostalgic and incredibly novel. It truly makes me feel like a little kid again. I always feel like there's a promise in that air, of change, of something new, and something a little bit magical
Running in Autumn: My travel dates & other notable things
I have plans to visit my favourite cities in the next few months:
Canberra 11th and 12th of March
Adelaide 29th April to the 1st of May
Brisbane dates TBC (my first trip!!) Please reach out with expressions of interest
